This tackle bin uses a clamp to secure to the H-Rail on all 2015 Pro Angler 12, 14, and 17 kayaks. The clamp lets you slide the bin into any position on your H-Rail. The tackle bin includes a removable top access tray, Bungee® retainers, and an outer perimeter with storage space and attachment points.
